Experience Corps - Volunteering
Experience Corps has 19 project sites throughout the US where volunteers over the age of 55 can help children in their local communities. The project sites are Baltimore, Oakland, Boston, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Port Arthur, Grand Rapids, Portland, San Francisco, New Haven, Marin County, St. George, St. Paul, Mesa, Tempe, Tucson, DC, NY, and Minneapolis. Corps members tutor and mentor elementary school students who have trouble with reading.
