Linda Thompson - How To Survive In A Multigenerational Society
http://www.lifepathsolutions.biz

Brief Description of Yourself:
My most recent book, Every Generation Needs a New Revolution is all about surviving and thriving in a multigenerational society. I've been interested in this subject for several years, and after writing three books on various subjects, I just felt this was my direction.

I'm a single, female Boomer who is still 16 inside. My mother shared my home for the last twelve years of her life which led me to write my second book, A Caregiver's Journey.

I enjoy speaking and employ a lot of humorinto my presentations/ workshops because it helps my audiences receive the messages I convey.

1) What do you believe makes you special or interesting?
My ability to connect with my audiences by combining humor and wisdom, and I listen well.

2) What kind of effect have you had, or would like to have on the world?
I believe I have the ability to be an agent of change.

3) What events shaped or changed your life?
Sharing my mother's journey toward the end of this life.

4) Did you overcome obstacles - take risks - get lucky?
I believe I've always been lucky by design. If someone had told me ten years ago that I'd thoroughly enjoy (and be good at) speaking before large audiences, I would have called them crazy. Being a Boomer, I've always been a risk taker - because if you aren't willing to take risks, what's the point?

5) What have you done that no one would guess you'd done upon first meeting you?
I was a long-haul truck driver for six months.

6) What is still left to be done in your life?
I can't imagine, because I still have a lot of life to live, a lot of messages to share, a lot of training to do, a lot of people to meet, and a lot of places to see. I feel like I've just barely begun.
