Real Estate Journal
http://www.realestatejournal.com/
What is it?
This real estate subset of the Wall Street Journal has current articles, mortgage calculators and home listings. The online site has the same quality as the print edition with everything from financial values to interesting areas.
Why Visit?
The Wall Street Journal is behind this site and it shows. It is similar to the print edition of the Wall Street Journal, with its weekly real estate ads - inclusive of tons of listings from all over - but it also includes valuable real estate news.
There is a lot of location information, a data tool kit with calculators, and real estate commentary by some fairly interesting columnists. I like this site and if I were looking to relocate I’d use it as my information baseline and supplement it with Trulia, Redfin and, possibly, Zillow.
Each real estate site has its strong point, but typical of the WSJ, this site is the master of the big picture. This is a great place to start researching real estate issues and details.
